Food Classes & Seminars
Ok, hands up anyone who has ever been forced to eat BRUSSEL SPROUTS at the dinner table...?
Unfortunately most of us can relate to such “horrifying” childhood encounters of the veggie kind which usually result in a dislike of vegetables in adulthood or at best a lukewarm attitude towards them.
We TOTALLY understand but because we know that raw food - fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds - are absolutely vital to your diet if you want to live a life of health, energy and wellbeing, we’ve made it our duty to make the experience as pleasurable as possible!
We run regular raw food preparation classes which has two aims: a) To teach you what to eat on a raw food diet for the best health ever; b) To show you how to make raw living food taste AMAZING!!
You will learn how to make power breakfast juices, super smoothies, alternative MILKs, crackers, bars, ice cream, burgers, CAKES and much more in an interactive and warm environment.
